The Estates at Aloma Woods (EAW) is a gated community located in the unincorporated section of Oviedo, in southern Seminole County, off Aloma Avenue (SR 426). We are a community of 183 residences within a larger sub-division known as Aloma Woods. Aloma Woods consists of 7 different communities, of which EAW is one. Our community is managed by property management, whose contact information can be found on the HOA Quick link page.

The Homeowners Association Board of Directors (BOD) meets every other month, at the home of a Board member. The Architectural Review Board meets every first Monday of the month, as necessary. The Covenants Committee meets at least once each quarter but no more than once each month, as necessary. Please see the message board at the exit gate for information on dates/times for each meeting.
